Louis Vuitton Ready To Wear Spring/Summer 2013

Hello dears!

 One of the best and my personal favourites 2013 Spring/Summer collections is the Louis Vuitton Ready to Wear. A stunning fashion show by the creative director Marc Jacobs.

 The LV fashion show for s/s 2013 presented in Paris on October 3rd 2012. The "escalator" show stood out  this season. It was minimal, elegant, strong color contrasts show with a breeze from the 60's. A collection based on squares and symmetry, pairs and contrast. What we have noticed? Marc Jacobs for L.V. Collection didn't use stripes at all (really unique this season) but we saw a lot of squared patterns (squares are an L.V. symbol) and no L.V. monogram.

• Fashion show analysis:

Patterns: Squares, monochromatics, cropped tops and a touch of florals. (It was leaves if you want me to be accurate.)

Colors: Basics: White, black. Strong: Yellow, green. Natural: Beige, light brown. Dark: Brown. Two colors combinations or monochromatics. (Nothing less, nothing more)

Material effects: Metallics, sequins and see through.

 Μία από τις καλύτερες και αγαπημένη μου προσωπικά συλλογές για την Άνοιξη/Καλοκαίρι 2013 ήταν  η RTW Louis Vuitton. Ένα εκπληκτικό σόου από το δημιουργό Marc Jacobs.

 Η παρουσίαση της συλλογής αν./κ. 2013  του οίκου Louis Vuitton έγινε στο Παρίσι στις 3 Οκτωβρίου 2012. Το σόου με τις κυλιόμενες σκάλες ξεχώρισε αυτήν τη σεζόν. Ήταν λιτό, κομψό με δυνατές χρωματικές αντιθέσεις και με έναν αέρα 60's. Μία συλλογή βασισμένη στα τετράγωνα, στη συμμετρία, στα ζεύγη και τις αντιθέσεις. Τι παρατηρήσαμε; Ο Marc Jacobs για τη Louis Vuitton δε χρησιμοποίησε καθόλου ρίγες (αρκετά πρωτότυπο για συλλογή αν./κ. '13) αλλά είδαμε πολλά τετράγωνα (τα τετράγωνα είναι σύμβολο της L.V.) έτσι παρέμεινε στη γεωμετρική τάση της εποχής και καθόλου το μονόγραμμα του οίκου.

• Ανάλυση συλλογής:

Σχέδια: Τετράγωνα, μονόχρωμα, κομμένα τοπ και μία νότα από λουλουδάτο μοτίβο. (που συγκεκριμένα απεικόνιζε φύλλα.)

Χρώματα: Βασικά: Μαύρο, λευκό. Έντονα: Κίτρινο, πράσινο. Γήινα: Μπεζ, ανοιχτό καφέ, σκούρο καφέ. Συνδυασμοί δύο χρωμάτων και μονόχρωμα. (τίποτα λιγότερο, τίποτα περισσότερο)

Υφάσματα: Σατινέ, μεταλλικές γυαλάδες-πούλιες και διαφάνειες.
